SG50 Entrepreneurs Trail
Over the course of fifty weeks in 2015, fifty local entrepreneurs’ stories will be showcased in the following ways:

Launch

The Launch took place at The Pod On March 9 2015 which coincided with the first quarterly panel forum. Luminaries from the public sector and private sector, educators, business associations, entrepreneurs, teachers and students were invited to the launch.

Exhibitions at libraries

Each of the 50 entrepreneurs will be featured at an assigned library location in Singapore for at least a week. Entrepreneurial spirit, values and contributions to Singapore of each entrepreneur is highlighted through interviews, write-ups, pictures, videos, books and interviews with the entrepreneur. These could be featured on standees, books and feature boards at the booth at different libraries. Entrepreneurs will also be invited to speak at quarterly forums to inspire youth.

Learning Trail

A learning trail is created for the public to learn on the go. The mobile application can be downloaded to any smartphone or devices. Users on this learning trail go around to pre-set hotspots in Singapore, where they could be requested to visit the physical location of the outlets of the entrepreneurs, attempt quizzes in relation to entrepreneurial skills and values which have contributed to Singapore’s development in the last 50 years, and submit their answers through the application.

Grand Finale

The SG50 Entrepreneurs Trail will culminate at The Pod with our partners. Prizes will be given away to winners of the learning trails. Luminaries of the public sector and private sector, educators, business associations, entrepreneurs, media, general public and students are invited to this finale.
